The aims of this session are to: conduct a systematic early career review set goals and determine priorities for the future consider development needs and plans of action to further identified career goals It is not a careers advisory session but an opportunity for participants to consider the direction they would like to take in the future based on their preferences, values, strengths and realistic opportunities.
