Through
role play, games, discussion and presentations by course
leaders, participants will look at issues such as:
- Goal-setting
- The pros and cons of video conferencing
- Communication skills
- Meetings management
- Video, web and audio conferencing.
Video,
web and audio conferencing offer new, time- and cost- effective means
of conducting meetings. However, the technologies can hamper easy
communication. This course explores ways of making these conferencing
methods an effective way of communicating ideas, strategies and action.
There will be hands-on opportunities to try the conferencing
technologies.
