You can use whatever you like to build your pool models, but here are some ideas to get started.

Suggestions for pool models:

  • To hold the water:
  • large or small plastic storage containers,
  • wastepaper baskets,
  • fish tanks.

Suggestions for swimmer to tow in the pool model:

  • Wooden skewer,
  • Fishing line,
  • Small action figure,
  • Elastic (rubber) band

Basic supplies:

  • Plastic tarpaulin or plastic bath mat,
  • 0.5cm diameter rope,
  • Safety scissors,
  • Food colouring,
  • Masking tapes or small clamps,
  • Water
