This session revises all leadership management models covered so far and will review latest leadership thinking using recent publications. It will provide a forum for developing team management skills.
A management game will be run which will provide participants with an opportunity to experiment with different team roles and observe colleagues who are participating in the game. The management game will be a simulation in manufacturing management. The results of this will then be discussed with the group.
Participants who have developed their own Personal Development Plans will be able to implement their action statements.
