Participants
will look at Belbin’s team role framework and will be invited to fill
in the inventory for themselves. Alison Cooke is a Belbin Associate (www.belbin.com) and is experienced in using
Belbin's Interplace. John Adair’s three
circle model will also be considered. We will suggest additional models
to facilitate team
performance, such as Tranfield’s and SHL’s.
The section uses games to promote discussion of different team roles.
